Job Description/Responsibilities:
Working within the Network Operations team, you will be responsible for providing high level technical support and maintenance for voice and data networking issues. This is mainly an operations role, where you will be responsible for monitoring and providing support to client networks.
The role Analyzes local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges and other devices.Resolves interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms including e-mail, files transfer, multimedia, and teleconferencing.
Requirements:
Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field. A strong Cisco background with skills within the data and voice networking field.
