Job Description/Responsibilities:

• The Information Technology Associate shall provide first level support (isolation and determination of problem without hardware repair) on POS, EFT and TSG technical matters.
• Handle hardware/ software problem isolation and resolution on back office workstations and other computer equipment.
• Perform implementation of POS modification and updates and ensure accurate and timely completion of computer processes.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bacolod.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Information Technology/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
