Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Users Support
- Provides Information Technology support services to all users.
- Troubleshoot and solves users’ problems.
- Information Technology Systems Maintenance
- Monitor & maintains systems uptime
- Systems Administer & Systems Maintenance
- IT Inventory Control
- Assist and coordinate Information Technology Inventory control.
- Maintain Asset Register
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years direct experience in multi-national company.
- Must have good skills in Microsoft technologies and have a knowledge in SharePoint/SMS and ITIL
- Well-organized, Open-minded, Service-minded, English proficiency
