Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of consulting professional and ensure a high standard and ¡°best practice¡± of professional services.
- Liaise with prospects and clients to bring in new business and maintain excellent relationship.
- Responsible for the over success of service delivery and meet various objectives set by the company including year target, percentage of margins, PQIS-compliance and other KPIs.
- Work with the sales team and participate in a pre-sales capacity, as required, to present service team¡¯s capabilities, methodologies and identify up-coming resource requirements.
- Resource planning, recruitment, induction and development of all consulting-related activities.
- Work with the Finance team in preparing business plans and budgets.
- Maximizing services revenues, profits and contributions within the framework of business plans and budgets.
- Provide a QA role of key project deliverables. Particularly, documentation relating to service delivery standards and project estimates.
- Production of revenue forecasts and costs.
- Be aware of current/future business plans.
- Review of, or the development of, consulting estimates for project based and ad-hoc consulting services.
- Ensuring corporate policies and procedures are adhered to and that all commercial agreements are in place for any consulting engagement.
- Contribute to the continual development of PQIS at a local level.
- Liaise with regional / headquarter, in relation to roll-out of new service initiatives and PQIS developments.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant business discipline such as accounting and financial management.
- 7-10 years practical industry experience with exposure to accounting software solutions, including systems implementations, project management etc.
- Significant project and people management experience and exposure to an accounting or consulting function is essential.
- Be able to manage multiple projects across Asia Pacific and willing to travel in the region.

The candidate reports to the PSO Director, APAC (based outside of Australia) and will have direct reports including project managers, Technical Consultants, Applications Consultants, Professional Services Administrator etc. The prime purpose of the role is to manage and develop all aspects of the Application (financial) Consulting group and to ensure a high standard of professional consulting skills to enable the highest quality service delivery.
