Tech Support Engineer - Focus Global, Inc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT from a reputable university.
- At least 1 year of Information Technology work experience, particularly in network service, hardware/software troubleshooting, and internet-related configuration
- Proficiency in Windows Active Directory and familiarity with IP addressing/network segmenting an advantage
- Above average communication and technical skills
- Patient, dedicated, and self-motivated
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Full-time positions available/No graveyard shifts
- This is an URGENT requirement.
