Technical Support Staff

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Will provide a level of technical support in a multiple-server, networked environment
- Tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assist with installations, configurations and networking
- Daily activities will include backups, troubleshooting and problem determination and networking basics

Requirements:
- Preferably male, between 23-30 years old
- A graduate of Computer Engineering course/IT or any related course
- Working knowledge of the following Operating System's (OS): (1) MS-DOS (2) Windows 98, XP, 2000 Pro, 2000 Advanced Server.
- Advance skills in hardware and software support/maintenance in a LAN/WAN environment. Possession of strong diagnostic and analytical skills would be considered an asset
- Working knowledge in LINUX and related application an advantage
- An experience in installing/implementing POS in an offsite environment an advantage
- Two years relevant experience a definite advantage
- Be able to work independently and as a team player with strong user focus
