Responsibilities:
- Working for a global IT giant you will be responsible for supporting hardware service and warranty work across the Sydney western suburbs.
- This is a mobile role and will require excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Own car essential.
- Supporting Dell and Lexmark products technicians require experience with the following.
- Parts replacement in desk top, portable computers and printers.
- Installation and configuration of operating systems.
- Dealing with a broad end user base that includes home users through to corporations.
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have a couple of years experience, have recently graduated with Information Technology qualifications/certification or be passionate about IT hardware break and fix.
