IT Associate
(National Capital Reg - Alabang City) Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hardware and software upgrades, troubleshooting, and other user support.
• Develop and maintain a professional level of proficiency with Information Technology
• Retrieve and update trouble tracking reports accurately and proficiently
• Assist in identifying trends for escalation and documentation
• Researching and documenting problem resolutions
• Assist in researching and documenting solutions to technical problems
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Tracks software and hardware inventory.
• Responsible for general user support, new user setup and configuration

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Proven organizational skills, experience operating a PC, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate would have understanding of current concepts in LAN administration, computer architecture, and desktop support in a Windows Server environment and organizational and analytical skills for resolving systems problems.
• Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have good analytical skills.
• Shift work 24 x 7 (also have to be shift flexibility or willing to work in odd hours to support users if needed)
• Excellent knowledge of networking concepts
• Must have the ability to multi-task, adapt to change and achieve results with accuracy
• Curiosity and strong problem solving skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate and interact successfully
• Familiarity with one or more supported operating systems is an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Teaching and leadership capabilities
